Tech Incubator @ Queens College

Virtual Member Visitor Rules

· Virtual Members are visitors to the Tech Incubator @ Queens College.

· Virtual Members may only use the assigned conference room or common areas of the Tech Incubator on the day and time permitted by the Tech Incubator. Permission may be revoked at any time for any reason or no reason.

· Virtual Members shall abide by all applicable rules, policies, and procedures.

· If Virtual Members wish to park on campus, they must purchase a parking decal from Queens College Public Safety. Parking is subject to availability.

· Virtual Members shall not obstruct, or suffer or permit any person to obstruct, the sidewalks, halls, exits, entrances, elevators, and/or stairways of the Tech Incubator or use any of them for any purpose other than for entering or exiting the building.

· Virtual Member assumes all risks incidental to its use of the Tech Incubator and is solely responsible for any and all accidents and injuries to persons and for property damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Tech Incubator.
